Rosana's story

Since Rosana was very young, she wanted to have a very large and beautiful house to live in. Now at 40 years old, and with great effort, she’s been able to finish building her house. In spite of the circumstances, she worked very hard to finish this house, which is beautiful and large; it has three floors and is adequately furnished. But since it’s not very pleasant living alone in a very large house, she began renting out rooms to single women, in this way she has an income which helps her meet her expenses. She’s been renting rooms for six years now. She has a field to the side of her house that she wants to build on and broaden her renting services. But, for the moment she wants to furnish the rooms to better accommodate the guests, who provide warmth to every part of the house. This motivates her to pursue her dream of getting married one day and creating a home with children she hopes to have. Rosana is opening her first individual loan with MFP, the pervious were group loans which helped her to get acquainted with people in the financial world. She plans to invest the money in building materials required to finish and decorate the bedrooms.
