Identity's story

This entrepreneur is young, active and has a great deal of experience in carpentry. He has had his shop in the north of Kirkuk since 1999, but he uses old machines in his work. This is his first application for a loan, which will be used to buy new machines for his small business.

He wants to develop his work and bring more customers. He dreams to be an owner of the shop that allows him to showcase what he makes with his carpentry. In his own words: "I think the future is waiting for me to be one of the first famous carpenters in Kirkuk."

Note: This entrepreneur is from a volatile region where the security situation remains unsettled. Personally identifiable attributes of this entrepreneur have been altered to protect him or her (i.e. blacking out portions of the entrepreneur in his/her picture, etc.).
