A loan helped a member to buy diverse clothing items for sale.

La Esperanza Group's story

La Esperanza (Hope) Group is the name of this group, because its members got together with faith to keep on growing and improving, and to keep overcoming their poverty situation. They are in the fifth cycle of the program of the Women's Committee, working and helping each other to progress. One of its members is Mercedes. She has been a Foundation's client for a long time, works as the Committee's treasurer, and her business is selling clothes. She is a very self sacrificing woman who always has much optimism and wishes to prosper and grow in her little enterprise. Mercedes is requesting this loan to invest in buying more clothing items to sell, and in this way to have more variety to offer her customers. She is grateful for the given opportunity to keep on growing and improving in her enterprise.

In this group: Lilian, Myrian, Gloria, Wilma, Elida, Fátima, Margarita, Zulma, Rosa, Karina, Sunilda, Mercedes, Juliana, Griselda, Jessica
