Châu is 40 years old and married with 2 children. She is the group leader of the Nhóm 01 Thôn 01 Quảng Hải solidarity group, which consists of 7 members.
Châu works in agriculture raising poultry, and she has been involved in this business for more than 10 years. One of the most critical business difficulties that concerns her is her lack of capital. In 2013 she joined Thanh Hoa Fund for Poor Women to improve her business, and she has successfully repaid 2 loans already from them.
Now she is requesting a loan to purchase more baby poultry to raise and sell in future.
