A loan helped a member to restock her inventory of spare parts.

Muhogo A Group's story

Fatuma is a mother of three children who attend school. She is married and in her early thirties.

For the past seven years, she has sold spare parts for motorbikes, mini-buses and other big trucks. She works from 7:30am to 10:00pm daily and is able to make a very good profit each month.

This will be her 16th loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. She successfully repaid her previous loans that she used to open her current business and buy stock. Her shop has grown to the extent that she needs a larger space. She plans to build a larger shop and buy more tires.

Fatuma used her profit to cover part of her children's school fees, food expenses, and shop expenses. She dreams of expanding her shop and selling wholesale.

She will share this loan with her loan group" MUHOGO A" which totals five members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for repaying the loan.

In this group: Fatuma, Rose, Leornard, Salumu, Exaud
