08-Boughary Group's story

This group is part of the village bank which was established in August 2006. They live in the same village and maintain good relationships with one another. They are active in small scale commerce in order to have autonomy. They are dynamic and united. Small scale commerce generates the majority of their income.

Madame Bintou is 44 years old, married and the mother of five children. She is the group's representative and appears alone in the picture because of measures in place due to Covid19. This loan will be used to buy container of lemons and palm oil to resell.

Once she has made a profit, she will turn her attention to feeding her children and paying their school fees.
