Marina's story

Meet 36 years old Marina from Liberia. She is living together with her partner along with 5 children. 4 of her children are currently attending school while living at home. Marina deals in a business which sells charcoal. She has been in this business for the past 2 years now and works 15 hours per day and 6 days a week and has had no problem with her business. Marina requested this loan from Brac to purchase more charcoal to sell. She says that the additional income from this loan will help to take care of her family, and to educate her children. In the future she want to buy a land and build a house. She says thanks and appreciation to Brac and Kiva community for their support.
