Hildo De La Paz's story

Hildo lives with his wife and three children. He is supporting three people financially and does not have relatives living outside the country.

Hildo works buying and selling cattle. He learned this work with the help of his father, and when his father died, he inherited cattle. Hildo has worked independently since 2011. On Saturdays and Sundays, he takes the cattle for sale. Now he has four cows.

He is requesting a loan to increase the inventory of his business. He will use the borrowed funds to buy two head of beef cattle at a low cost, to raise and later sell at better prices. He hopes that the investment will help him to recover his recent losses due to difficulties arising from the Covid-19 pandemic. He said that last year, he had eight cows; he had to sell four a low prices to have income to provide for his family.

He aspires to have been economic conditions and to share a more dignified life with his family.
