Marlador is a 37-year-old mother of three children. She is a group leader and also the featured borrower, often described as a very hardworking individual, and is representing a group of five members in Queens Group. Marlador is shown in the middle of the picture.
Marlador and her group members are requesting a loan totaling SLL 8,750,000. She is entitled to SLL 1,750,000 of this amount and will use it to purchase bundles of plastic slippers. Marlador believes she can have a better life for her family by continuing to work with ARD. With the profits from this loan she plans to save some money for her children’s education. She thanks Kiva for their support.
