I am the last daughter of immigrants from Haiti. My start in the kitchen was at 7 years old with my mother, paternal grandmother, and my easy bake oven! Over time as my confidence grew I applied to my first bakery job right after high school at a french bakery. I got the job on the spot and this is where my love for desserts started! This is where I learned how to make creme patisserie and french tart dough from scratch. 6 months later I entered the culinary school for culinary arts (savory side). Once I graduated from culinary school, I entered the culinary arts college program at Disney World for 7 months, I was offered a full-time position after the program and I was accepted. I worked at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Yacht Club Resort. 1 year later I got a job offer to work for Norwegian Cruise Line, Pride of America in Hawaii.
I returned back home to South Florida during the pandemic and brought back with me the commitment to step out and become a personal chef. Starting this small business was the best decision I ever made, so now I would like to scale higher. A food truck will allow me to serve all including those who are not able to hire a personal chef during these unprecedented times. We offer combined extensive culinary and business experience in the form of delicious products that brings joy.
