Meet Margret, a 61-year-old businesswoman from Ngare-Ndare community. Margret is a member of Kabanga Women Group, which is under Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. She is married to a farmer and they live with together with their three children.
It’s now three years down the line since Margret started her business, and she points to it as being profitable. She has dreams to expand her business to being the biggest supplier in town. Her main challenge is to get enough space to stock large supplies. She plans to use this loan to add to her clothes stock and rent a bigger shop to accommodate more stock.
