Kuña Mbarete Group

Kuña Mbarete Group's story

This group, called Kuña Mbarete, is in its first loan cycle. They are from an indigenous community in the city of Curuguaty, which is an area that is still growing. The members of the group want to get ahead. All of them are very hardworking and seek the well-being of their families.

One of them is Bernarda who works selling medicinal herbs. She is a deaf mute, but despite this, she works tirelessly to be able to contribute to household income. She is grateful for the opportunity she received to be able to join the group, which will be very helpful.

She requests this loan to buy natural medicines to sell, in order to satisfy her customers. Note: Only one person appears in the photo because of avoiding the congregation of people due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In this group: Emiliana, Claudelina, Abia, Anastacia, Liz Naida, Carolina, Marisa, Liz Mabel, Angelica, Bernarda
