Awa's story

Awa is a young retailer. She is married and has children. She is involved in selling items such as shoes, linens and dresses.

Once a month, Awa travels to Dakar to purchase articles of clothing which she sells on credit to the women in her neighborhood. She is very satisfied with the profitability of her business which she runs with pride and great dedication.

Awa is requesting a loan of 650 000 CFA francs to buy additional merchandise and increase her turnover.

The profits she makes help cover her own needs, her children's schooling expenses and manage other family needs together with her husband.

Awa is an ambitious woman who dreams of becoming a leader in the clothing sector.
