Protas's story

Protas is 46 years old, married and blessed with two children who are below the age of eighteen years. For the past eight years he has run a retail shop, selling items such as cooking oil, flour, rice and other items and earning an average income of 15,000 KES a month.

This will be Protas’ first loan with VisionFund Kenya. He intends to use it to restock his shop. He will use the anticipated profits to repay his loan and pay school fees for his children. His hopes and dreams for the future are to own a bigger shop and have a well-cared-for family.
