Elza is a 45-year-old hardworking married woman with three adult children. She works in agriculture and raises livestock as the main source of economic activity. She started this business in 1998 with the goal of increasing her family's income. She intends to expand her business and put aside money to get more livestock. She has 0.5 hectares of irrigated land where she grows beans and 2 cows, 50 sheep, and 5 horses.
