In God Traders Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase sewing threads, baby diapers, children's clothes, toiletries, tape measures, zippers, and sanitary pads for resale.

In God Traders Group's story

Grace is 38 years old. She comes from Assin Fosu in the Assin North District of the Central Region of Ghana. Grace (first on the right in the group picture) is the group representative of In God Traders. She is married with four children between the ages of 5 to 19 years old. Grace's husband is a teacher and has been very supportive.

She has sold sewing items, baby diapers, clothes, and sanitary pads for five years. Grace started the business after realizing that her husband’s meager wages could hardly support them as a family. She has very good customer care and her customers are very fond of her. Grace has been with the field partner since 2010 to grow her business to the current level through microloan support. Grace’s main challenge is additional funds to buy her goods in larger quantities. She will use the current loan to buy more sewing threads, baby diapers, children's clothes, sanitary pads, toiletries, tape measure, zippers, etc., for resale. Grace will use part of her profits to pay her children’s educational expenses. Grace and her group member thank all of their Kiva microlenders for their support.
