Nasreen's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to construct a few rooms along with paying for some repair work in her school.

Nasreen's story

Fifteen years ago, Nasreen, who is 35 years of age now, started a small tuition center with the support of her husband (also shown in the photo). With the passage of time it gained popularity. Nasreen has decided to upgrade her tuition center into a low-cost private school.

There are 450 students in her school, 43% of whom are female. When asked what motivates her, Nasreen replied, “my parents struggled to keep me in school when I was young. We lacked resources and they could not afford to send me to a good school, but they never compromised on education. Today when I teach students I feel that I am enabling the youth of a rural community to change and secure a better future in the long run.” Nasreen has requested PKR 140,000 to construct a few rooms along with paying for some repair work for her school.
