Tujuane Kibaha Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to restock the out-of-stock items in her food store.

Tujuane Kibaha Group's story

Pili is a single woman in her late 40s who has three children – two daughters and one son who are still in school. She has been a food vendor for one and a half years. She works from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm daily and is able to make a good monthly profit. This will be Pili's third loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. She used her previous loan to increase her food stock and has repaid the loan successfully. She used the profit to reinvest in her business, repay the loan, and cover her household expenses. She will use this loan to restock the out-of-stock items in her food store. She dreams of expanding her business one day. Pili will share this loan with her loan group Tujuane Kibaha, which consists of three members who will hold one another accountable for paying back the loan.
