Mercedes's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase a machine to expand her sewing workshop and to offer athletic clothing to her customers in order to generate income for her son.

Mercedes's story

Mercedes is single and only has one son who depends on her. She lives in her parents' house. Mercedes worked in various sewing shops to support her son by herself because the father never wanted to support them and unfortunately, her son got sick a lot. For this reason she spent a lot of money in medicines and treatments.

Thanks to the help of her parents, not only financially but by helping care for her son, Mercedes was able to work and was trained to sow in a technical school. She specialized in athletic clothing and recently decided to work on her own and open her own sewing workshop.

For this reason she needs the loan, to purchase various sewing machines, among them a straight stitch, an over sewing machine and other small tools. In addition, she will purchase fabric in bulk to save on the expenses. This way she can increase her profits, improve the quality of life for her and her young child and can make it up to her parents for all the support they have given her.
