Laura Yaquelin's story
Lautra is 29 years old. She is single and lives with her mother in the municipality of San Pedro Sula, Cortes. She has her own grocery store where she sells products such as churros, soft drinks, candy, cookies and juice. Her business has been located in premises that she rents for one year. Before this she was a student, and in search of an income of her own she decided to open this business. She is requesting 21,000 lempiras to buy products such as basic grains, dairy products, meat, sugar, lard, eggs, bread, and cleaning products, to supply her business and increase her sales. Her dream is to have her own business premises, supply her store, and help her family to progress and to achieve a better quality of life.
