Independent Day Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy two cartons of milk, three bags of sugar, cocoa etc.

Independent Day Group's story

Adama is a member of Independent Day. She is married with one child who is 12 years old and is a school-going child. (See the group picture; Adama is in the middle).

Fifteen years ago, Adama established her provisions business to support her children in school. She pays school fees, buys learning material and provides food from the profit she gets from the business. She sells 6 days per week from 10am to 6pm.

Adama plans to use the loan to buy two cartons of milk, three bags of sugar, cocoa etc. for resale. She will use the proceeds from the business to open a savings account, which will be used in paying her children school fees.

Adama and her group members need a loan totaling 6,000,000 SLL of which Adama is entitled to 1,200,000 SLL
Adama plans to give her children the best education, build a house and live a happy life. Adama and the rest of the group members thank you for your support.
