Orzijon's story

Orzijon has successfully repaid her loan, having used it as specified. She is thankful to Kiva and to everyone who helped her with financing. Thanks to Orzijon's persistent hard work, today she owns a 0.70 plot of land, on which she cultivates corn every year for sales and on-farm use. The farm also has 30 sheep, 50 chickens, 30 turkeys, and 15 ducks. Her monthly income is 13,900 som (KGS). Orzijon has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 110,000 som (KGS) in order to buy two dairy cows so as to sell organic milk. Orzijon wants to invest the funds from the loan in the increase of her livestock headcount.
