A loan helped to buy cooking supplies to improve the menu of her business.

Los Vecinos Ii Group's story

Leidy continues with her business selling empanadas and kebabs. (She is seated on the left, wearing a white blouse and holding her baby). Her previous loan was invested in buying a grill. Her payments were on time as her business functioned the whole time.

She currently continues to head her communal bank and her business grew as she added new items to her menu. "Now with the new foods prepared on the grill my clients have increased" she commented. The advantage of her business is that she has a new menu and her disadvantage is the lack of money to buy cooking supplies like meat, charcoal, eggs and others.

Her dream is to open a restaurant. She wants to buy cooking supplies. This is her second loan with the institution in the four years she has been carrying out this activity. For these reasons Leidy is requesting a loan to buy cooking supplies to improve the menu of her business.
