A loan helped To buy more food items for sale and other materials for preparing bites.

Sauda's story

Sauda has owned a small food-vending store and has sold bites in the Ilala neighborhood of Dodoma for seven years. She belongs to the Kitanzini group loan. She currently earns an average monthly profit of $250. Every day she works for 16 hours at her business.

She is requesting her first loan from Kiva's partner BRAC Tanzania so that she can buy more food items for sale and other materials for preparing bites. She is hoping that through this loan, her profit will increase and she will be able to grow her business, improve her home, pay school fees for her children and save money for future use.

Sauda is 28 years old, married, and has three children: ages 8, 4 and 2.
