Ipung's story

Mrs Ipung is the mother of 3 child and lives in Donomulyo Malang Regency on Java Island in Indonesia one of the most populous places in the world.
In Indonesia, like in many other developing nations, you need to treat water before you can drink it. Some people also buy water from refill stations which is not always safe.

Mrs Ipung heard of a new option for disinfecting water when the promotion crew from Nazava water filters held a safe water training in her vicinity Nazava Water Filters filter well, rain, and city water so it becomes safe to drink without boiling, without using fuel or electricity.

Mrs Ipung who is also a health worker took the opportunity and became the reseller of Nazava water filter in her community. This is the third time Mrs Ipung applied for a loan. She has an excellent record in repaying her loans.
This loan will allow Mrs Ipung to buy 220 filters and sell them on consignment to her community making safe drinking water available to 1100 people.
