Jose Manuel's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to invest in a chicken coop and purchase more chicks, in this way to improve his earnings.

Jose Manuel's story

José is single, 25 years old, doesn't have children, and lives in the family house with his parents.

For the past 5 months, José has worked raising chickens. He purchases them weekly then raises them to sell. José doesn't go to the markets to sell them, he delivers them to the home according to the orders he has. He has outfitted a chicken coop in an adobe house, with plastics and shavings, so he wants to invest in a new chicken coop and in the purchase of more chickens to improve his income.

He lives in Pucara de San Roque, in the city of Antonio Ante. In this zone, people work raising different animals such as pigs, guinea pigs and chickens. Antonio Ante is very well-known nationally for its textile products since in this city there are many factories that make clothing, so it has many clothing stores. In addition, the city is well known for its traditional dish, the fritata.

José asks for a loan to invest it in his business. He is grateful to Kiva for the offered support.
