Margie's story

“Nothing is impossible” is the preferred motto of Margie. She is 48 years old, married and has three children. For her, just for the sake of her children's future she can do everything. Any type of business that she can manage, and will earn her greater income, she enters it.

Margie is engaged in a retailing and direct selling business. While managing her sari-sari store business, Margie also sells fragrances, lotions, and ready to wear items around their village. She has been doing business for eight years. She is doing all of this because she wanted to help her husband in carrying their needs. Her husband's salary as a driver is not enough to sustain all of their needs.

Margie needs an additional capital of PHP 50,000 to buy more groceries, fragrances, and shoes. She hopes to earn greater income and be able to meet her children in school who are in college and high school level of education.
