Hmaw Eing Village Group's story

Featured borrower, Han lives in Hmaw Eing Village and is a farmer. He has also grown ducks;a secondary business and pigs; for savings. Han's wife sorts out the house chores and also takes care of the livestock. The couple work very hard, not to be harsh on the ducks as it affects their production rates. Ducks need to get nutritious and high quality feeds that Han is planning to purchase with Proximity's loan. This loan is very important for Han's family since they primarily only do livestock farming business. He is an expert and have confidence at certain business, as he is experienced of 15 years at duck farming.

Proximity's loan will support 29 duck raisers whom have aimed to purchase ducks and also the quality feeds. Above picture, are some of the members from Hmaw Eing Village, named; Han, Mya, Khin and Yu.

The village is based at near Myanmar Delta landforms, and since it's near river, the main business is crop farming. For savings, they also raise livestock.
