Jobel Alberto's story

Jobel is 35 years old. He works in agriculture, specifically the production of coffee. He now has more than 15 years of experience with this labor. Jobel is single and he lives with his mother who is under his charge and care. Jobel works daily to provide all of the care his mother requires and deserves. He dreams of having access to all of what his mother needs to have a quality life.

Jobel is currently interested in a practice that has become very popular in the area which is the production of certified organic coffee. It's true, Jobel currently sells coffee that is commercially certified, but he wants an additional seal to increase the possibilities of marketing his coffee.

Jobel is seeking a loan to begin the process of organic certification for his coffee crop for the quantity he has decided to replant, and to begin the process with totally new plantings. With the earnings he obtains from the organic coffee he sells Jobel will have sufficient income to meet the needs of his mother.

Moreover, it will make his harvest more sustainable and friendly to the rich biodiversity in the area.
