Greta's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to pay for farming supplies.
Greta works on 0.97 hectares of land, where there are cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant, and in the future, grain. Greta also has greenhouse, where she cultivates tomatoes and cucumbers. Greta lives with her husband and two kids. Her husband helps her with the farm. Greta has applied for this loan to ask lenders to support her with purchasing farming supplies. Specifically, she plans to purchase a polyethylene cover for the greenhouse, fertilizer and seeds for land cultivation, and also to hire workers to support her. This will be Greta's second loan and she has plans of enlarging her farm and hopes that Kiva lenders will appreciate her ideas and help her realize her dreams. Greta's loan has been approved within the framework of a new joint initiative between Kiva and SEF International. This second-chance loan program provides loans to people who have bad credit history and have no access to credit products.
