Ancleta's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped buy organic fertilizer, potato seeds and agrochemicals to improve her production and improve her family income.

Ancleta's story

Doña Anacleta and her husband Liborio live in Cochabamba, Chapare Province. They are 49 and 45 years old, respectively, and have been together for more than 15 years. They are economically independent; both work in agriculture. They grow potatoes, green beans, and the traditional tubers called papa liza on an area of 5 hectares (a little over 12 acres). For the sale of her products she has a well-established clientele at the weekly market. Doña Anacleta needs the loan for the purchase of organic fertilizer, potato seeds and agrochemicals.

Lastly, Doña Anacleta is happy to have the opportunity to access the loan, because with the purchase of organic fertilizer, potato seeds and agrochemicals, she will have higher earnings and she will increase her family’s patrimony. And in this way she can improve her standard of living for the future benefit of her family.
