Maryam's story

Maryam is a 38 years old wife, mother of 8 children and is living in a small town in northern Jordan, Her husband is a builder whose business was affected by the refugees flow coming into the city. Having a big family made them think of other income sources which brought the idea of opening a small shop for selling food products and home products.

Since her husband is a builder, he built the store to save workers fees, and brought goods to sell in their small town. Having the store has helped in increasing the family income by approximately 150 Jordan Dinars.

Now Maryam is looking to increase the variety of products she sells to attract more customers and fulfill their needs, so she applied to this loan that will help her get a larger quantity at a good price of cleaning products, foods, and to add selling stationary items before schools starts.
