Hady's Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy 20 sacks of mangoes (50kg), one sack of peas (25kg), one box of spaghetti and 24 pouches of various culinary stocks and ingredients (250g).

Hady's Group's story

The 'banc villageois' was founded in July of 2008. The group is made up of women, who all live in the same village. Suspicious of their living conditions, they are all pursuing businesses that generate income, such as trading and farming.

Mrs. Khady (seated at the far right with a hand raised) is the featured borrower of the group. She is 57 years old, widowed, and a mother of five children, 2 boys and 3 girls. She also takes care of 5 of her grandchildren. She works selling seasonal fruit (mangoes) and she also has a greasy spoon restaurant near the elementary school, where she sells breakfast. She resupplies at the weekly markets in her area in bulk or medium quantities. She enjoys her business experience, which she has been practicing for more than five years.

With her new loan, she plans to buy 20 sacks of mangoes (50kg), one sack of peas (25kg), one box of spaghetti and 24 pouches of various culinary stocks and ingredients (250g).

With her profits, she can insure daily costs, medical fees, and tuition for her children and grandchildren.
