Women Run Their Homes - N09Mhợpmlộc Group's story

Mrs Thủy is 54 years old and she is married with 3 children. She has operated a food stall selling fish for more than 10 years. Thủy lives in Hau Loc district, a rural town in Thanh Hoa province.
Her family is a low-income household in village, moreover the place she lives is near the sea and purchasing seafood is popular, so it is very difficult for her to compete with other sellers and raise her income.

The main hardship that Thủy faces is lack of capital. She is requesting a loan to purchase processed fish to resell.

In 2012, Thủy joined Thanh Hoa microfinance institution to improve her business. Thủy has successfully repaid 2 loans from Thanh Hoa microfinance institution.
She is the group leader of the N09MHợpMLộc, which consists of 5 members.
With her business profit, Thủy hopes for her business to do well, for her family to be healthy and happy and to have enough money for her children to go to school.
