Raheelah's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy a cow.
Raheelah earns an income by selling milk, cheese, butter, and other dairy goods. Presently, she rents the cow from which she obtains the milk for these goods, but she would like to own the cow. "That will save me the money that I pay for renting the cow and the cow will be mine," she says. Raheelah and her husband have 10 children. Her husband has poor eyesight and is jobless, so it is up to Raheelah to generate an income for the family. Raheelah applied to Specific Union for Farmer Women in Jordan in order to request a loan. She will use her loan funds to purchase the cow. This loan investment will allow Raheelah to meet her children's needs and to ensure their education.
