Sarem's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a motorcycle for commuting to work.

Sarem's story

Sarem is a 28-year-old married resident with two children. She lives in the Siem Reap province in Cambodia. One of her two children is lame but also attends school. She and her husband, 39 years old, have worked as construction workers since 2000, earning $15 each day.

Sarem has decided to take out a loan because she needs finances to buy a motorcycle for commuting to work. This loan will help her afford a motorcycle and reduce traveling expenses.

In the future, she wants to sell groceries at home so she will have more time to take care of her children, and support her children to go through high school. She also wants to save money to build a new house because her present one is old.
