She does maize, beans and potato farming as her main business. She has benefited a lot from Hand in Hand Eastern Africa training on enterprise and financial management; this has enabled her to do budgeting, planning and record keeping. Cynthia is borrowing from Kiva to buy farm inputs, i.e., fertilizer and seeds. This will increase her yield hence more profit that will assist her to cater for the basic family needs and manage her business well.
