Grace's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy piglets, chicks and feed.

Grace's story

She is married with eight children. They all live in a four bedroom house in Bamenda, in the Northwest Region of Cameroon. She has faced so many difficulties in life, which have been sickness, death and inadequate finances to start up a business of her own and cater for her family's needs. With this new loan that she has requested she will buy piglets, fowl and feed. She holds a positive view of this business succeeding because she has been in the agricultural field for a long time. With this business activity the community will benefit from her activity as it will provide food for the population and manure for gardeners in the local community. With the profit made from this loan, she will pay her children's school fees and save some in order to undertake a bigger investment. She prefers a GHAPE loan because of low interest rates, convenient repayment intervals and also the members are trained in marketing and management skills before the loans are disbursed.
