Nancy Iveth's story
Nancy is single and the owner of a store in her house. She is a hard working, persevering, and enterprising woman, who has gone forward by being a responsible person and by complying with the repayment schedules for previous loans. She is a loyal client of the microfinance institution; this is the twentieth time she has gotten a loan for her business. She started this business 5 years ago with financial support from her father. With the money, she will invest in buying rice, sugar, oil, chicken, dairy products, soap, beans, and soda, among other products. She says that the loans have been a great help, since they have helped with her professional growth. She attends university and, with the earnings, she was able to buy a computer.
