Aurora Elena's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to get more land to cultivate corn, to make channels which she needs male labor to complete the hard work, and to buy fertilizers, irrigation and pesticides.

Aurora Elena's story

Margarita is a 40 year old business woman in a rural area. She is the mother of three sons, who are 13, 8, and 4 years old and who economically depend on her. In the year 2000, she began a business growing corn, giving a solution to many poultry farmers who had to make a long journey to buy corn for their birds. It has been a very intelligent move that has meant putting food on the table in her home. She began her business with two purposes and she is completing one of them which is to improve her family's quality of life. The other one is pending but she's still going after it. It is to buy her own home, a place where she can cultivate a large territory of corn. She dreams of being the number one producer of the marketplace and to supply all of the poultry farmers in the area. Margarita wants to ask for a loan to get more land to cultivate corn. She will need to make channels which she needs male labor to complete the hard work, and she will also buy fertilizers, irrigation and pesticides.
