Heriknaz's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy fertilizer and diesel fuel for her agricultural works and she will also buy fodder for her farm cattle.
This young lady is 28 years old and she lives in Tsovagyugh, a village in the Gegharkunik region. Her name is Heriknaz and she lives with her husband and three children in her native village. Both Heriknaz and her husband are unemployed, and despite their young age they are already skilled farmers. Heriknaz mentions that through helping each other, they now have a small farm where she takes care of cows, calves, a bull, sheep and chickens. She even has several bee hives. Her plot of land is also very versatile, since on it she cultivates potatoes, garlic, cucumber, greens, tomatoes, cabbages, etc. She sells all of the gathered harvest and her farm products (milk, meat, cheese, curd, eggs and honey), sometimes at the wholesale market and sometimes right from her house. This loan of 700,000 Armenian drams will allow Heriknaz to manage a lot of work about her farm, such as buying fertilizer and diesel fuel for her agricultural works and she will also buy fodder for her farm cattle.
