A loan helped to buy fertilizers for the farm to improve her family condition and save to buy another rice field.
Lilia runs a sari-sari(variety) store. She sells various commodities ranging from biscuits, seasonings, cooking oil, eggs, sugar, soap and beverages. She is married with one grown dependent. In addition to that, she also grows and sells rice. She has been engaged in that kind of business for 6 years now. She lives in Trinidad, Bohol. She needs capital to continue operate her farming business. She decided to take a loan to buy fertilizers for the farm. With these, her farm will start to increase its yield and sell more sacks of rice. Her income will augment her finances and she will be able to balance her finances. Lilia hopes that she will be productive in managing her both business to improve the family's living condition. She also dreams of purchasing another rice field to become more sustainable.
