Bethel Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy agro-chemicals and spraying machines to resell.

Bethel Group's story

Evelyn is 35 years old and a group representative of Bethel Group. Evelyn is from Twifo Praso in the Central Region of Ghana. She is married with one child who is sixteen years of age and is schooling as well. She is a petty trader who trades in agro-chemicals and spraying machines. She has been in this business for 21 years. She is also a baker as additional source of income.

Evelyn has been supporting her business with microloans from the field partner since 2007. She has many customers from several farming communities; hence her business has the ability to generate the necessary cash flow to meet her past repayments on time. Evelyn wants to see her business grow larger in the coming years so that she can have enough stock to meet demand at all times, especially during the major farming seasons, and make enough profit towards seeing her child through to the university. Evelyn needs additional working capital support in the form of microloans to buy stock of agro-chemicals and spraying machines to resell to her farming customers. Evelyn is thankful to all her microlenders for their kindness.
