Flor De Marina's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy three dozen sets of school supplies for the bookshop, and to buy lollipops, soft drinks, biscuits and sweets for the shop.
Flor De Marina's story
Flor, 40, had the opportunity to go to university and has a degree in business administration. She is married, and her husband is a businessman. She has two children, who are currently studying, and she also lives with her parents. Flor has a small bookshop in front of a school. She has had this business for 5 years, and she decided to start this business because she lives in front of a school and she realised that it would be a profitable business. She also has a tailor's shop and another small shop in the same house. Her husband runs the small shop, and her father runs the tailor's shop. All of the work they undertake is done from 7am to 4pm. Flor also works in a supermarket, which she started doing 5 months ago. Flor is asking for this loan in order to buy three dozen sets of school supplies for the bookshop, and to buy lollipops, soft drinks, biscuits and sweets for the shop. She hopes that with work and by making sacrifices, she can open a cyber-café, and in this way earn more money so that she can send her children to university.
