Dora Elizabeth's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped to again buy the necessary supplies to continue with her business of selling typical food.
Dora Elizabeth's story
Dora is a 33-year old single mother of a 4-year-old son. She is a hard-working woman who has a business. For 4 years Dora has been selling typical food beside her house since it is a good place to sell her products such as potato chips, meat pies, horchata [a sweet soft drink], fried yuca, and plaintain chips to people who pass by on the street. Besides, she is well-known in the community for the good flavour of her products. She needs money to again buy the necessary supplies to continue her business of selling typical food because when her son was sick she had to spend a lot on medicine and that left her without money to invest in her business. It is for this reason that she needs the loan to replace the necessities, since the business is her only source of income. Dora wishes in the future to have a small store where she can offer a greater variety of products.
