but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to invest in corn, firewood and a food truck to sell hot dogs. She plans to improve her business this way and she will have the necessary equipment to open another store.

Maria Arminda's story

María lives with her family which is made up of her husband and three children aged 17,16 and 15. Five years ago she started selling tortillas and hot dogs to help her husband with the household expenses. She has an employee who helps her with all the said tasks. She works from 6AM to 1PM. Her main advantage is that there is no competition in her area. She will invest in corn, firewood and a food truck to sell hot dogs. She plans to improve her business this way and she will have the necessary equipment to open another store. She hopes the loan will help her to keep working and generating income to fulfill her obligations. The only issue is the crime in the area. Her dream is to support her children so they continue studying, reduce household costs and have economic stability.
