Bornface is an emerging entrepreneur, aged 24. He comes from a family of six children and is the fifth born. He needs a loan to start running his own Zoona mobile money transfer business. Bornface has completed training with Zoona to start running his own business. He will be relocating from his hometown to Malosa; Zomba to set up his business there. He is excited to move, as the move will give him a chance to get his own place and earn a living. Bornface is currently unemployed and struggles to provide basic needs for himself. He sees the opportunity to start running his own business as a step in the right direction. He explains that he did not complete high school and getting a job is a challenge. He has decided to focus his energies on becoming a successful businessman. Bornface will use the loan to serve his customers who need to send and receive money from his kiosk. He will also use the money to purchase the trading kiosk where he will operate. With the loan, Bornface will also be able to purchase an Internet enabled phone, a chair and cashbox. All these are necessary for Bonface to be able to run his mobile money transfer business. He will earn his profits from each transaction that he makes. Bornface thanks the Kiva lenders.
