A loan helped To buy pigs and millet to feed them.
Mirna Guadalupe's story
Mirna, 30, has a fifth grade education. She and her partner work in agriculture and livestock farming. They have three children who attend school. Mirna is a domestic employee in private homes and has been in this line of work for two months. She wants to start other activities like raising animals to improve her income and generate more money for the household. Her place of work is three blocks from home and her schedule is from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The loan Mirna needs is to buy pigs and millet to feed them. When they grow she will sell them at the best price for a profit and continue to expand her pig business little by little. Mirna dreams of having her own business and generating an income so her children can get the education she did not have access to.
