Nymfa's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for the maintenance of their house rental and also to purchase fertilizer, feed and other supplies she needs in her buy-and-sell business.

Nymfa's story

Nymfa has been engaged in the rental housing business for years, and she earns well from this. She is from Pasay City, 52 years of age, and is married to Roberto. Having a bigger responsibility requires more effort to provide for their needs. Nymfa and her husband are working hard with the determination of having more income than they currently have.

To improve her profit and to pay for the maintenance of the boarding house, Nymfa would like to ask for loan assistance. An amount of PHP 15,000 could help her in the renovation and beautification of their place, so that her regular boarders will choose to stay there for a longer period of time. She will also use a portion of the loan to buy supplies like feed, fertilizer and other items needed for her buy-and-sell business. She sincerely lets you know her heartfelt thanks and appreciation for this assistance, in advance.

In the future, Nymfa hopes that her business will thrive more. She also desires to start up other business, for their additional income.

Nymfa meets with her co-fellowship* members every week, to share stories of her work and to draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God she studies.

* All CCT community partners/clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and repay microfinance loans.
