Michelle Georgina's story

Michelle is a young 19 year old woman, single with no children. She is studying dentistry. She is intelligent, sweet, sincere, sensible, responsible and hard-working, She studies at a public university located in the ‘Miraflores” area in the south-east of the city. It's main attractions are the Botanical Gardens, Busch Avenue, Villaroel plaza and the Hernando Siles stadium, along with Arqueológica plaza amongst others. It is a residential neighborhood and completely urbanized. It has a high altitude temperate climate, the hottest month being November, the coldest is July. Winter is dry and cold.

Michelle is dark-skinned, long black hair tied up, dark eyes, medium height and medium build. Her native language is Aymara which she hardly uses because her studies are in Spanish and she is studying English as a second language. She lives in the house of her parent's who work. It is a rented house made from brick and cement with a metal roof that has running water, sewage, electricity and cooking gas.

She is studying dentistry in a public university and becoming prepared to be able to resolve the predominate and most common dental problems contributing in this way to the state of total health of individuals. While doing her studies she also takes care of a neighborhood store with basic food items. " I work and study to pay my student expenses. With these two activities I have no time for any thing else", she commented.

Her dream is to have her own house. she wants to buy a laptop and dental materials for her studies. This is her first loan with the institution in the year and a half that she has studied and the 6 years she has worked. For these reasons Michelle is requesting a loan to buy a laptop and dental materials to continue with her professional studies.
